Outback Deck installed a brand new, synthetic, back deck for the Woods family in Acworth, Georgia. The project consisted of low maintenance materials such as TimberTech terrain decking, and Impression Rail express. The woods have a lovely open backyard, and the railing brought the backyard together beautifully with its simplicity and visibility. The Woods expanded the new footprint approximately 96 square feet larger than their original footprint in order to provide them with more “useable space”, according to Mr. Brian Woods.

After speaking with Brian Woods (homeowner) about coming to a decision on a contractor, he explained “The journey took about two and a half years in total before we moved forward with a contractor, but after we found Outback, we signed within only a month. In our initial appointment we could not come to a decision on price, however it did provide us with the trust around the company that initiated a call back a month later. Adam (deck expert and solution specialist) helped us find a price that fit our budget without compromising the specifications of the project that were important to us.” After signing, Outback was able to pull permits and install the project within a few weeks’ time, bringing their two and half year long dream to a reality.

Brian also stated “The process was seamless. The communication from the team stood out to me the most during the project. We had a text thread with the project manager that took a lot of guessing out of the equation for us.” Outback offers multiple forms of daily and/or weekly communication with homeowners including phone calls, text messages, and emails all left up to the homeowners preferred choice. Brian did also mention that they have considered adding to the project in the future and will be calling us back when the time comes. They gave Outback a 9 out or 10 rating review and would recommend their services to others.
