Carrissa plays a vital role of ensuring the company attracts top talent while also focusing on retaining and developing the employees already in the company. She joined the Outback Deck team in Spring of 2026, and we’re thrilled to have her on board! Carrissa enjoys being a part of Outback Deck because of the people and the culture. The values that drive her include wisdom, compassion and trustworthiness. When she’s not working, Carrissa is passionate about automobiles, whether it’s building cars and trucks with her family or being around car races. She also loves learning new things, exploring, and a big football fan.
