Meet Nicole, our accomplished Process & Implementation Manager at Outback Deck. Since April 2015, Nicole has been an integral part of our upper management team, spearheading all process-related initiatives within the company. Her role ensures smooth operations across various departments. Nicole’s dedication to her work is fueled by the camaraderie she shares with her colleagues and witnessing the remarkable transformations of our projects from inception to completion. Outside of work, Nicole finds solace in reading and cherishing quality time with her loved ones. Along with being a die-hard college football fan!  Go Gators!
