Meet Laura! A Call Center Rep. here at Outback Deck. Laura helps homeowners get started on their outdoor living projects by coordinating appointments and creating a smooth customer experience from the first call. She joined Outback just before Spring of 2026 and we are grateful to have her as part of the team. She says she enjoys being part of a team that helps turn homeowners’ ideas into reality while keeping the environment positive, professional, and fun every day. Integrity, consistency, growth, and treating people with respect are values that drive her.  When not working, Laura enjoys being outdoors, exploring nature, spending quality time with family and friends, and trying new experiences that keep life fun and balanced.
