Interviewed a number of companies. Final decision was made regarding what each company could offer and the knowledge portrayed by each representative. Bill Partridge did an excellent job with his presentation. Frederico DeAramburu is a fantastic Project Manager. He was on site almost every day. When not, he let us know. Great on communication with the customer. Job very well done.

Miguel impressed me with his carpentry skills. John Rudick was very responsive to all our needs. You finished the job one day ahead of schedule. That is impressive and we really appreciate it. There is no area to improve. Everything was exceptional. Even the dumpster and extra supplies were picked up promptly. Way to go! Miguel took the time to explain everything to me. I was very impressed with Outback Deck. Everything from dumpster, to materials and workmen arrived when scheduled. They made a customized railing to accommodate by 7 pound dog. The craftsmanship is excellent and the employees were polite and genuine. Thank you for doing a great job!

The footings and bracing of the deck support are what impressed us most. BP did an excellent proposal, JR provide excellent follow through and CM kept the project on task.
After watching the construction of our new deck, step by step, we could see the extra measures Outback Deck puts in their workmanship. If we ever have an earthquake, we will run to the deck for the safe place.
