Role Overview: As an In-Home Solution Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering tailored solutions to our customers in the comfort of their homes. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, designing customized deck plans, and facilitating seamless project execution. Your expertise in in-home sales, coupled with your commitment to our company values, will drive our mission of providing unparalleled service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers to understand their unique needs, preferences, and budgetary considerations.
- Design and create customized plans and proposals that address customer requirements and align with our company’s standards and offerings.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in in-home sales, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes, permitting requirements, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate work within established timelines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
