Puffer - Marietta, GA

The Puffer deck completes the renovation of the house which included a new addition being added onto the back of the house.  The addition presents a vista view of the new outdoor patio and landscaped flower garden.

The new deck is the walkway to the Puffer’s outdoor enjoyment outback.  The single-level deck neatly ties together the new room addition and the existing back of the house and bay-window.  The deck’s base level aligns with the new addition, making the deck feel like an extension of the interior of the house.

The deck features a solid platform built on 6” x 6” posts set on a concrete base.  The wood decking was specially selected and features the same wood as facing around the deck.  A step built into a corner of the deck provides functional access to the back and adds architectural interest to the deck.
