Seydell - Marietta, GA

The Seydell replacement deck was part of an overall clean up of the exterior of the house.

The existing deck and ramp was replaced with new concrete pads for the 4” x 4” posts, which extend through the deck and for the support for the new railings and feature a pointed tips at the top of the posts.

The new deck materials upgraded the previous deck’s. The all-pressure treated lumber includes 5/8” x 6” deckboards supported by 1”x 8” joists. The standard railing system finishes off the new deck, which is now built to provide years of functional duty.
