Howe - Marietta, GA

The Howe multi-decks’ long and low design fits perfectly with the single-level house and accentuates the gently sloping backyard that offers different views of the adjacent golf course.

The expansive upper deck provides plenty of room for entertaining.  Built-in benches along two sides of deck provide plenty of seating for guests.  The upper deck features 5/8” x 6” pressure treated deckboards and a colonial rail system. A separate but connected grilling area is positioned to the side of the deck away from the main entertaining area.

A wide, four-step stairway leads down to the lower deck and built-in swing.  The swing offers a restful and peaceful refuge to watch the backyard wildlife or the golfers working on their craft on the course.   The lower deck also makes it easier to access the backyard, with just five short steps to the ground.

Long and low, roomy deck space and stairs, and easy-to-maintain characterize the Howe multi-decks.
